1. Cancellation will only be accepted prior to collection of this order and bond money will be forfeited on cancellation

2. The hirer agrees to pay the Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) which covers the Hirer against liability for any damage incurred by any reason other than hirer fault or negligence, in which case the hirer agrees to pay the Supplier the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for the garment when new. Bond money will be used as credit against these charges

3. Garments not returned by the Specified Return Date will incur a late fee of $15.00 for every day after that date that items are not returned. Items not returned within 14 days after the Specified Return Date will incur a charge equal to the RRP of those garments when new. Bond money will be used as credit against these charges.

4. The hirer authorizes the Supplier to use the Hirer's Credit Card Details held by the Supplier to procure payment of any balance still outstanding to the Supplier pursuant to these conditions over and above bond money credited to any outstanding charges.

5. No responsibility will be taken for garments not tried prior to leaving the showroom.

6. Payment must be made in full prior to collection of garments.

7. No responsibility will be taken for any items left in pockets by the Hirer.
